EVO finishes
While retaining its iconic aerodynamic architecture, this model gains performance and finish thanks to CCD EVO components. The integration of EVO pulleys, a protective matte varnish, and black titanium screws allows for a weight reduction of 4 grams compared to the previous CCD AERO version.
Titanium screws added.
The rear end features new black titanium screws, contributing to weight savings and a premium aesthetic. The black finish enhances the visual integration with your bike, while the titanium ensures an optimal strength-to-weight ratio.
Redefine aerodynamics.
Drag reduction with emphasis on frontal impact optimization, as well as tailwind smoothing and control through its unique aircraft wing design (closed front and rear).
Structure optimization.
Adding material over the standard version, without adding as much weight, required us to optimize the thickness of our ultra-light carbon fiber plates by 33% in key areas without compromising durability.

Our fully ceramic dry bearings provide free rotation, less friction and grease-free bearings. The friction of ceramic balls against ceramic retaining cage extends the life of the bearings with less wear.

Everything you need to know about our new aerodynamic derailleur CCD AERO EVO cage.
Carbon cage, aluminum pulley wheels and ceramic bearings guaranteed 4 years.
We recommend a cassette with a maximum of 36 teeth for optimal adjustment and shifting.
For optimal performance, replace your chain. We strongly recommend adding 2 to 4 additional links.
There is no set of rules as to how often your part should be serviced. Our aluminum pulley wheels have little wear compared to standard plastic pulley wheels. Our fully ceramic dry bearings protected by aluminum covers allow for a longer service life. We have designed these parts so that you do not have to worry about maintenance or technical problems. No lubricant or grease is needed in our bearings. During your rides, dirt can get between the covers and the bearings, you can remove it with water or a degreaser. Our bearings are fully ceramic (cage and balls), so no risk of oxidation.
Please note that these are dry bearings, so do not use lubricant.
