I no longer have access to my customer account, is this normal?
We recently changed host for our website which resulted in a new customer database. We therefore invite you to re-create a new customer account for your future orders.
(No order placed on our old site has been lost, we still have access to your customer data and your order history(s) to process your questions, and requests from our after-sales service).
How can I access an order placed on your old site?
For any after-sales service questions or refund requests, please send us an email to sav@novatoride.com, we will then be able to identify and process your request. (No orders were lost, we only changed e-commerce platforms).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be added to your cart.
I am placing an international order outside the European Union, do the shipping costs include customs duties and taxes?
Please note that shipping does not include customs duties and taxes. We are not responsible for these charges. These charges are determined by the customs agency of the destination country and therefore Nova Ride has no control over them.
I placed two orders today. Can you combine them into one?
Unfortunately, we are unable to combine shipments of multiple orders.
How can I check the status of my order?
Nova Ride website footer > Your account > Orders > Status.
How can I access the tracking number for my order?
Nova Ride website footer > Your account > Orders > Details > Tracking number.
Do I have to pay for the return shipping of my order?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you have requested an exchange, we will send you the replacement item(s) after you place a new order on the site.

Crankset Diameter :
24mm : Shimano crankset type.
29mm : Sram DUB crankset type.
30mm : Praxis, Ingrid, FSA, Rotor, Cane Creek crankset type.
If you have any doubts about the compatibility of your crankset or the reference of your bottom bracket standard, you can refer to the technical sheet of your bike manufacturer or do not hesitate to send us an email to info@novatoride.com for more information.
My country is not showed in your store, what should I do?
