Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be added to your cart.
I am placing an international order outside the European Union, do the shipping costs include customs duties and taxes?
Please note that shipping does not include customs duties and taxes. We are not responsible for these charges. These charges are determined by the customs agency of the destination country and therefore Nova Ride has no control over them.
I placed two orders today. Can you combine them into one?
Unfortunately, we are unable to combine shipments of multiple orders.
I placed an order today and I order the wrong color or model. Can you change the color or model before shipping?
Unfortunately, once the order is placed we are unable to change the color, the item(s) from your order.
For any return procedure please send us an email to sav@novatoride.com with your order number before returning the product(s) to us. We will send you the replacement item(s) after placing a new order on the site.
How can I check the status of my order?
Nova Ride website footer > Your account > Orders > Status.
How can I access the tracking number for my order?
Nova Ride website footer > Your account > Orders > Details > Tracking number.
Do I have to pay for the return shipping of my order?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you have requested an exchange, we will send you the replacement item(s) after you place a new order on the site.

Crankset Diameter :
24mm : Shimano crankset type.
29mm : Sram DUB crankset type.
30mm : Praxis, Ingrid, FSA, Rotor, Cane Creek crankset type.
If you have any doubts about the compatibility of your crankset or the reference of your bottom bracket standard, you can refer to the technical sheet of your bike manufacturer or do not hesitate to send us an email to info@novatoride.com for more information.

Nova Ride Crash Replacement Program
When are you covered ?
You are fully covered if you experience a tread failure. This could be failure caused by a crash, incorrect mounting or during traveling with your bike.
How are you covered?
Nova Ride Crash Replacement Program offers you a 50% discount on a new Nova Ride product. One condition, you need to send a proof of your purchase and an image or a video of the broken product.
How does it work ?
Please fill out the form on the contact page of our site. And choose the category: After-sales service.
Be sure to include both proof of purchase or your order number as well as a photo or video of your product and a description of how and why you are having an issue with the product.
All warranty cases will be determined only after review. Each case will be reviewed individually by a member of the Nova Ride team. This warranty program applies worldwide and does not differ from country to country.
Do you offer preferential rates for teams and clubs?
We offer a program for teams and clubs that are not covered by any of our partnerships. Please contact us by email at xavier@novatoride.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
