Each 3K carbon fiber plate is specifically designed and the thickness is adapted according to the models. The very structure of the cage has been topologically optimized by distributing the material in the most efficient way according to the constraints. The shapes have then been reworked to obtain the perfect balance between lightness, rigidity and visual aspect.
The choice of 7075 aluminum alloy rollers offers exceptional mechanical resistance and durability. Its intrinsic properties, combined with perfect mastery of anodizing, guarantee them low wear, a lasting aesthetic and allow consistency with our other aluminum components.
Our fully ceramic dry bearings are designed to last. The absence of grease and lubricant eliminates the need for regular maintenance. In addition, our bearings take advantage of the homogeneous hardness of the ceramic, both at the level of the balls and the cage. This homogeneity considerably reduces friction and wear, thus increasing their efficiency and service life.

Ceramic Bottom Bracket

Custom-injected seals and dust covers effectively protect the bearings from external elements, ensuring maximum longevity, even in the most difficult conditions.

The threaded solution developed by Nova Ride for Pressfit bottom brackets allows the two cups to be perfectly aligned, which eliminates creaking and recovers misalignments in the frames. This solution facilitates assembly, and above all increases the rigidity of the bottom bracket by fixing the two cups together.
