Nova Ride offers free worldwide shipping on orders over €299 EUR and $329 USD.
Customs fees (Orders outside the European Union)
Please note that shipping costs do not include customs duties and taxes. These fees are determined by the customs agency of the destination country, and therefore, Nova Ride has no control over them.
"Customs fees included" Option: For international orders, we offer you the option to pre-pay these fees as an additional charge when placing your order. By choosing this option, Nova Ride covers all customs fees, guaranteeing that the price displayed is the final price, with no surprises upon delivery.
"Customs fees not included" Option: You only pay the shipping costs on our website novatoride.com. Customs duties and taxes will need to be paid directly to your country's customs authorities upon arrival of your package.
Delivery refusal and customs fees: If the recipient refuses to pay customs duties, the local authorities will destroy the package. In this situation, no refund (full or partial) will be issued by our services.
