Return policy
Customers are responsible for shipping and customs fees for returns. If you have requested an exchange, we will send you the replacement item(s) after you place a new order on the site.
For any return procedure, please send us an email to sav@novatoride.com with your order number before sending us the product(s).
New and unused product(s) must be returned in the condition you received them and with the original box within 30 days from the date you received your order. We will not accept returns on products that have been installed or damaged due to neglect or abuse. We do not refund shipping charges. We do not charge a restocking fee.
*EXCEPTIONS: All sale, archive, collaboration and limited edition products are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.

Refund Policy
Once your return is received, it will be promptly inspected. If the returned product(s) is approved as re-saleable, your refund will be processed.
Please note that refunds may take up to 10 days to post to your account statement, depending on your card issuer, which is beyond our control. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
Delivery refusal and customs fees
If the recipient refuses to pay customs duties, the local authorities will destroy the package. In this situation, no refund (full or partial) will be issued by our services.
