Return policy

Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

1. Return Conditions

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to initiate a return.

To be approved and eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in the following conditions:

  • New and unused condition: The item must not show any signs of installation, assembly, wear, grease, or dirt.
  • Intact original packaging: The product and its original packaging must be clean, complete, and perfectly fit for immediate resale.

We highly recommend carefully double-checking your cart before confirming your purchase to avoid ordering errors.

2. Return Procedure

We offer two options for returning your items:

Option 1: Return by your own means

You are free to choose the shipping carrier of your choice. In this case, return shipping costs and any potential customs duties are entirely your responsibility.

How to proceed:

1. Before shipping anything, please send an email to sav@novatoride.com with your order number and the reason for the return. This preliminary step is essential for us to quickly identify your package upon arrival and expedite your refund.

2. Ship your package to the following address:

Option 2: Simplified return via your Customer Account

You may also request a return via the order tracking page in your customer account. In this case, the return shipping fees will be directly deducted from your refund.

How to proceed:

1. Submit your request through your customer account, then print the prepaid shipping label that will be sent to you shortly.

2. Drop off your package at an authorized drop-off location for the partner carrier.

We apply a flat-rate return fee based on your geographic location and the associated carrier:

  • Metropolitan France: €10,00 (via Colissimo).
  • European Union: €20,00 (via DHL).
  • International (outside the EU): €30,00 to €50,00 depending on the zone (via DHL).


3. Refund Policy

Upon receiving your package at our workshop, our teams will perform a prompt quality control check on the item. If the product is deemed to meet our resale requirements, we will process your refund. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to be credited to your account, depending on your card issuer. This timeframe is beyond our control.


4. Delivery refusal and customs fees

For deliveries outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for all customs duties and taxes.

In the event that the recipient refuses to pay these customs taxes, local customs authorities will proceed to destroy the package. Under these circumstances, no refund (neither partial nor full) will be issued by Nova Ride.
