WARRANTY TERMS

Nova Ride warrants all of its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
For any warranty claim, complete the form available at the bottom of the page after having read the following information:

The warranty is effective from the date of original purchase and covers all Nova Ride products. The warranty is not transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser of the product.

Warranty duration:
- Carbon Ceramic Derailleur : 4 years warranty.
- Ceramic Bottom Brackets : Lifetime warranty for aluminium cup and 4 years warranty for hybrid ceramic bearings.
- Ceramic Pulley Wheels : 4 years warranty
- Computer mounts : 4 years warranty.

Any Nova Ride product found to be defective in materials and/or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at Nova Ride’s expense. It is the sole responsibility of the user of the product to inspect and examine the product regularly to determine the need for proper maintenance or replacement.

Not covered by the warranty program:
- Products subject to normal wear of bearings.
- Products deemed to be altered, modified or neglected.
- Products lacking maintenance.
- Products affected by a crash or sudden shock.
- Products damaged due to improper installation or reinstallation.
- Products used for purposes other than their intended use.
- Products purchased second-hand.

All warranty cases will be determined solely after review by Nova Ride. Each case will be reviewed individually by Nova Ride. This warranty program applies worldwide and does not differ from country to country.

Once a warranty claim is submitted and Nova Ride agrees to proceed, the product must be returned along with the original proof of purchase. All shipping costs associated with the warranty claim must be covered by the user. All shipping costs must be paid by the user filing the warranty claim. The return address will be communicated to you during your exchange with Nova Ride.

If a defect is found, our sole liability and your sole remedy will be, at our option, the repair or replacement of the Nova Ride product free of charge. Return shipping to the user is handled by Nova Ride and is automatically to the address indicated on your order form. In the event of a change of postal address, please let us know during your first exchanges with Nova Ride.
