Our new generation of bottom brackets is what we had in mind from the beginning, but not everything was possible three years ago. We are proud to present today the new version of our bottom brackets integrating new ceramic bearings and double anodization.

Double anodizing
Double anodizing is a complex process for obtaining two distinct colors on an aluminum part.
This method requires a series of precise steps: a first anodizing bath for uniform coloring, targeted machining to expose the part to be colored differently. Then a second anodizing bath to obtain the second color.
This technique is not very widespread due to the many treatments and controls it involves. It allows us to offer you high-end finishes.

Proven on our test benches within our test laboratory, our bearings have been subjected to series of stress and impact tests.
The test benches used are custom-developed in-house to meet our design and durability requirements. These requirements put our components to the test on shock resistance, fatigue and target stresses.
All these tests are highlighted with intensive and diverse field uses in order to guarantee the best efficiency and durability for each of our customers.
