The different production phases of our Made in Auvergne bike components

Our products are developed from A to Z in Clermont-Ferrand, more precisely in Cournon d'Auvergne within our design office. We optimize them using our knowledge of mechanical engineering to develop high-end and reliable products. All stages, from design to shipping, are done at our office.


For the design of these new components, we used topological optimization. It makes it possible to provide technical solutions to a problem of weight and performance, but also in terms of design, let's not forget.

The aesthetic aspect is also very important, we didn't want to offer something standard, you know us now. We therefore sought the perfect balance between the aesthetic shape we were looking for and the mechanical constraints. This allowed us to design the best product in our eyes, allowing us to offer an original, resistant component with a unique riding sensation.

Machining and Assembly

All the different parts needed for our components are machined; then assembled by hand in our workshop in Cournon-d'Auvergne.

Quality Control

It is important for us to offer you impeccable service. From the quality of our products to their delivery. This is why we check the materials before assembly, once again when the part is assembled and one last time before shipping.

Shipping process

We process your orders within 24 to 48 hours maximum (working days) for guaranteed fast delivery with our shipping partners Colissimo and DHL Express. Once shipped, we provide you the tracking number assigned to your order.

Bottom Brackets

The Nova Ride bottom bracket enhances the fluidity of your transmission, which allows a power gain, to satisfy the most demanding. Thanks to it, you’ll obtain a quiet and flexible pedaling. 

The threaded solution developed by Nova Ride regarding Press Fit bottom brackets allows to perfectly align the two cups, which remove cracks and enhance the durability and the fluidity of bearings. This threaded solution facilitates the bottom bracket mounting and maintenance, and mainly allows to increase the bottom bracket rigidity by fixing the two cups together. 

Made with very high-end materials: two 7075 aluminum cups CNC machined anodized and coupled with ceramic ball bearings which reduces crankset frictions and improves the output of your transmission.

Our old prototypes

Here is a small preview of our first Titanes Ti6Al4V stem and crankset from 3D printing. For the design of these components, we used additive manufacturing, also used in aerospace. They will probably never be marketed on our site but these prototypes are important for us, they mark our first daring tests in the world of bicycle components.

Our future projects

We are constantly developing new original products using new technologies and software. Our heads are full of ideas, we are already planning to release new models (Shimano 105 12 Speed, Sram & Shimano MTB range...), colors and components (more bottom brackets references and computer mounts) in the months and years to come...
