New, unused product must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including tags and documentation. We will not accept the return of products once installed or damaged due to negligence or abuse.
Do I have to pay for my return?
Yes, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns back to us. If you have requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) back to you after placing a new order on the site.
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved as salable, your refund will be processed. Please note: that refunds can take up to 10 days to credit on your account statement, depending on your card issuer, which is beyond our control. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
