In some rare cases, your package is shown as "shipped" status but you do not have access to your tracking number. If this happens to you, please email us at customer service ([email protected]) and we will give you your tracking number.
LOCAL AND CUSTOMS TAXES
I am placing an international order outside the European Union, does the shipping cost include customs, duties, and/or taxes?
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please note, the shipping does not include customs, duties, and/or taxes. We are not liable for these costs. These costs are determined by the customs agency of the destination country and therefore, Nova Ride has no control over them.
If you are concerned about these charges, we recommend you contact your local customs authority prior to purchasing, in order to calculate the final landed price inclusive of all taxes.
New, unused product must be returned in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging, including tags and documentation. We will not accept the return of products once installed or damaged due to negligence or abuse.
Do I have to pay for my return?
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns back to us. If you have requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) back to you after placing a new order on the site.
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved as salable, your refund will be processed. Please note: that refunds can take up to 10 days to credit on your account statement, depending on your card issuer, which is beyond our control. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
